All Faction mod, available?

I realize it's sacrilegious to even talk about this in my outside voice but it's like I'm possessed and it needs to get out! [External image]

Anyway, just wondering if it exists in Morroblivion or if there are commands to achieve it. I recall a mod existed in Morrowind, maybe it could be converted if it hasn't been already.

Thanks
