Better Character Generation Quest v1.8 for version .66?

Hi I would like to know if there is a version of this mod in the link below for version .66?

I really liked the idea of starting in Morrowind, and accessing a book in Caius' house to start the Oblivion tutorial quest in the prison to meet the Emperor. Thanks in advance
