So i just got done killing the smugglers in the cave by fort Frostmouth. after i returned the guards keep on telling me to talk to Artoria... i spoke to her and could not progress the quest. i left solstheim only to come back and find that now she is missing and i cannot continue with this quest. i guess im looking fro a way to resent npcs to their original spots or even spawn a new artoria and fix the quest. any help would be great thanks! P.S even if i leave solstheim guards chase me to tell me the fort was attacked (even ordinators and the guards back in cyrodill as well) have to constantly spam consle command "kill" to get rid of the endless chasing guards.
