Hello everybody,
I decided to start from Vvanderfell, I went to Balmora Temple and bought mark/recall spells to use for Morag Tong quests, now I'm not able to travel to Cyrodiil anymore using the portal spell. Casting the portal from Vvanderfell it takes me to Seida Neen, casting it again it takes me back to the Morag Tong base at Vivec Arena.
