I know in the vanilla Morrowind that you can get orders for the Antabolis quest immediately but I can't seem to get Cosades to give the quest in this mod. I'm wondering if there is something specific I need to do to initiate the dialogue or if this is in fact a bug I could potentially fix with a console command? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am really enjoying this play through and mod.

If you are below level 4, then that is intended and not a bug. It is a change from Morrowind to be more consistent with the dialog -- Caius tells you that you need to get more experience, etc. Let us know if you still can't get the Antabolis Informant quest after you've reached level 4-5 or if you were looking for a console code cheat to bypass the requirement.
Ahh ok! I'm level 3 so this would explain it. I really appreciate the response. I'll let you know if the problem persists after level 4.
