Hi guys,
i have been playing for some hours now and i have found some itens that should have its powers enabled by 10 or 20 seconds but instead they come with a "constant effect" bonus.
Its obviously a game breaking effect and id like to know if i can revert it to its original state.
Example:
This item
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Shockeater_Robe
Should have its effect lasting for 10 seconds instead of be a constant effect item.
Note: I already have this mod installed
