Hi there's a bug when you want to pray at the Shrine of Courtesy at the Puzzle Canal. I'll spoiler it :
Bug
When you get underwater until your breath bar is depleted, and after your health is reduce to 10% it works, you are being teleported back and th bridge is open. Unfortunately, you are not able to move and are stuck. Even the mouse to look around is almost stuck. I manage to pass through it. In Morrowind, i remembered that you were healed after being drown. I've healed myself with a health potion and i could move again.
