Hlormaren Brilnosu Llarys

I found a odd consistency issue with Brilnosu Llarys at Hlormaren. For some reason Brilnosu Llarys is in full Ebony Armor. In regular Morrowind she is a battlemage and only has a Ebony Cuirass, Ebony Greaves, shoes and robes (I know robes don't work the same as in Oblivion). Was this done on purpose? I ask because it's pretty overpowered since it's close to Seyda Neen and you'd already have the second best heavy armor set quick.

If you can beat her and her

If you can beat her and her crew that is... ;-)

There were easier exploits in vanilla Morrowind. For example if you go west from Seyda Neen to Hla Oad, there was a daedric shrine somewhere in the area (don't remember the name right now) with an orc outside. You could jump on a rock and kill him with magic or arrows while he was trying to get up to you. He had a full set of orcish armor, including an orcish tower shield. Not bad for a start, isn't it?

I agree that NPCs should be resembled as best as possible, but sometimes this is hard to do. Brilnosu Llarys is one of the cases. One could give her a robe, but that would leave her without armor. One could give her just the cuirass, greaves and some shoes, but that would look really strange. I guess a compromise might be cuirass, greaves and boots. This would look ok and still be an unfinished set.

In general I worry more about all the people I met in Morroblivion, who don't even have trousers on... *ding dong* :-D

From my point of view, I don

From my point of view, I don't think it would look weird for her to wear a Ebony cuirass, Ebony greaves, and shoes. I am aware of that Orc near the Daedric Shrine. There's actually two of them but one has a full set while one of them is missing three components I remeber. Actually Hlormaren is pretty easy in Oblivion. Blocking in Morrowind isn't as advanced as Oblivion's blocking mechanics also two-handed weapons are very lethal in Morrowind with one hit kills. That Orc standing right next to the door is specifically deadly in regular Morrowind because he has a Orchish Warhammer. The people I remember who run without trousers in Morrowind is the Dreamers.
