For some reason the forum times out when I try to reply to the v065 bug reprots megrathread, so I'm making a separate list :
I entered Dren's Villa for the first time and Orvas Dren and his two bodyguards Navil and Ranes Ienith immediately started attacking me. The bug may happen because I'm a Khajiit ?
Galyn Arvel in is supposed to be on a pier of Ald'Velothi, but in MBlivion, she is in the cabin of her boat. The cabin's door is locked "medium", however, and the NPC is stuck inside the walls, right of the door.
For the quest https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:The_Twin_Lamps, if one brings J'Saddha to the boat BEFORE dealing with the 3 slavehunter, the quest becomes stuck and doesn't trigger when the slave get in the boat cabin. Loading to a previous save, telling the slavehunter to go away and then bringing in the Khajiit works. That, or the trigger for the quest in cabin is very small and the NPC doesn't always trigger it, or it takes several minutes to trigger ? Also, talking about J'Saddha to ONE slavehunter behaves as if you talked to all of them.
Sadrith Mora, Gateway Inn : After a few minutes, an NPC named "Manicky" got up from her seat, grabbed her weapon, and attacked Sinyaramen , chasing him around until she killed him
Casting ALM Intervention or Divine Intervention when in NW of Vvardenfell (Ald Velothi, Gnisis, etc...) TPs me to Mournhold I'm not using any mods except performances (stutter, skybsa, etc...) and cosmetic mods (character overhaul). It also happened when inside the Saren Manor in Vivec
Guards in Kuul and Pelagiad patrol at night in their bed clothing (without their armor)
The cave rats in Darayane Theras house (1rst balmora fighter quest guild) repawn

The first quest of the Morag Tong, the initiation, cannot be completed. Feruren Oran never leaves the bar, and the patrons will all attack me if I attack the target. A guard instantly teleports to me a few second after attacking the target and the writ doesn't work. I tried waiting before replying to the guard as advised in an old thread, but it didn't work.
The Telvanii house NPCs in Sadrith Motha talk to me as if I was a vampire; I am not
The Hlaalu Alchemist's bed in Vivec is not set to private, so I can sleep in it anytime
