Lots of Graphical Issues

I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what in the heck...

Problem 1

Floating doors and invisible building. Please note the interiors all look perfectly fine.

I really just have no idea what to do. I've messed with this for hours upon hour. I stayed up late into the night, getting 2 hours of sleep before work, and I'm about to pull my hair out.

I'm using OBSE, OBME, and OBGE. My OBSE plugins are available if needed.

For anyone else with this

For anyone else with this problem, I solved it with the help of GrimWeeder and AndreyKva. They suggested I load Morrowind_ob.esm after Oblivion.esm. You know, like I was SUPPOSED TO.

I also have this problem and my load order is as steph said (Wyre Bash did it correctly). I start a new game, and as I attempt to go up on deck, I am literally dropped into the water. No ship. Floating structures. People swimming all over.

edit/update: I think I fixed it. I thought maybe to restart Wyre Bash, which did an update and check on restart. I reloaded a save game and now I am finally standing on the deck of the ship after exiting the hold. Weird. But fixed for now.

Use BSA Commander unpack the bsa and Place the Directories into your Oblivion\Data Directories and Say Yes to Overwrite All try Game Again.

Post your current load order

Post your current load order. it might be adjustable. the chances of you missing something when you unpack and manually install 3 bsa files are very high.

Worst case should be to re-download Both the masterfile and resources and re-install everything. That's what's been done in the past.

okay so When I play

okay so When I play Morroblivion, its kinda slow, and for some reason, it could be shivering Isles or Unoffical Oblivion Patch, but the textures for Cyrodil, and Morrowind are messed up, its like one texture over and over again, and it's a blocky one.

I have no other mods installed.

could it be because my Morrowind Game is missing textures?

Also, when I unclick/unload the files, Oblivion's world textures still stay glitchy. What could it be.

Also when I go into rooms/buildings the textures are fine.
