The imgur album above demonstrates my issue fairly well. Whenever I load up a save, MorrOblivion tells me that it's missing a BSA and then proceeds to work absolutely perfectly until it eventually crashes. I've included photos of my load order and archive management. Maybe someone can tell me what's up with my game?

This error message means exactly what it says: at least one of the Morroblivion's main BSA archives (Morrowind_ob - Meshes.bsa, Morrowind_ob - Textures.bsa or Morrowind_ob - Sounds.bsa) is missing.
Try reinstalling the mod.
Thanks qwerty, but the fix ended up just being unticking the "Have MO manage archives" box. You should add that to the installation guide.
