I think I must be doing something wrong here, I have tried reinstalling and got the same issue.
Missing meshes pop up, is it my load order?
The worst part is one of the meshes is for the release papers, so I can't play the game. Can anyone help me please?

It was from scratch, I didn't
It was from scratch, I didn't update it. I also tried removing everything and doing it all from the beginning, same result.
On another note, I forgot my password and went to reset it but it said my email address didn't have an account. Tried to create a new one and it said that email already had an account, no idea why. Sorry if I have broken a rule by creating a new account with a different email but I couldn't log in to reply.
Edit: The filesize of Morroblivion_v063_Complete also matches the download at 2,235,765,996 bytes so it hasn't been corrupted.
Also checked the files in 7z and they matched the ones Wrye Bash put in my data folder.
On closer inspection, every single missing mesh is a paper related item, letters and forms. I hope that helps narrow things down a bit.
