I've been working through issues as they come up for the better part of a few hours, but this one won't seem to go away. I've got all of the prerequisite mods installed, I've got Oblivion updated to the most recent version as well as with the relevant unofficial versions. I've downloaded the Main and Resources part of the game, I installed the Main part and used Wrye Bash to install the Resources, I've even re-installed both a few times to check for a faulty download. Wrye Bash tells me that everything is in the proper order (with the .esm right after the Oblivion one), and I made a Bashed Patch to simplify some of the wonky conflicts I was getting.
The only points of error I can see existing are these: 1) I want to start in Cyrodil so I've installed an Alternate Start, which doesn't seem to actually conflict with Morroblivion that I can see and, given that the issue is mesh-related, I can't see why an Alternate Start mod would cause issues in the first place; 2) I have Servant of the Dawn and Oblivion Reloaded, which appear to be in direct conflict (they are the only red mods listed on Wrye Bash at this point).
I noticed, before I activated my Alternate Start, that chests and boxes seem to have a different mesh on the Morrowind side of things, which I could see somehow being related to the issue, but I can't figure out any way to fix or get rid of the issue.

Your screenshot is in Cyrodiil, which means Morroblivion has nothing to do with missing meshes - look into your other mods.
It would be easier to narrow down the problem if you post your full load order.
