Morroblivion crashes in the wilderness

I have a huge problem Morroblivion crashes in the wilderness always in the same place who I want to go out of their Balmora way to Pelagiad. I have the 4GB patch installed and also Oblivion Stutter Remover, View Distant Land off did not help.

Are there other ways to avoid a crash?

Go into an interior location

Go into an interior location and wait for 3 days.

If it's a corrupt spawn, which happens, it will go away.
