no dialogue, no voices, no subtitles, can't leave the cave with flames in the beginning after character creation.

I load up the game start a new character get to the cave with the flame and then i'm stuck there. No menus pop up for my to decide to teleport. Now when i remove the chargen and transport mod it just starts me on the ship i get no cutscene from the original morrowind the first person to talk to you doesn't talk to you, some of the guards talk to you and some don't have dialogue. WHen i leave the ship no cutscene dialogues are initiated and when i walk off the ship down to the docks the guard approaches me my character freezes because i'm supposed to be in a conversation and i'm stuck there. I've installed all the files this site told me too. The core files and the optional files that came with the zip file. I've installed ellys silent voice, obse is working properly i can travel morrowind the new map looks great, but i can't start dialogues. If anyone can help it'd be very appreciated i can't seem to find the answer.
