The Telvanni stronghold chest resets between 72 or 96 hours. Is this deliberate everywhere I read online says the chests should not reset like every Bethesda game. Were things different Morrowind?

I'm seeing this too. Definitely a bug! Player homes have an expectation of being able to use the storage, especially when they're earned!
