The animation of the drawing of a bow has become broken in both horizontal and vertical orientations. I've never seen this in standard Oblivion. The arrow does not point at the crosshair, it cuts through my left hand, and the right hand doesn't draw the string. The arrow still flies towards the actual crosshair making a course-correction.

Occasionally the problem corrects itself, but not for long.
Weapon and Armors need a revamp, good news is permission is pending on replacements and will fix this issue.
Which component am I looking for to be updated? I thought Morroblivion has reached its final version.
