HELP!!

Hi, my problem is that i have a dual boot system with vista (32bit) on the C:/ drive and XP on the D:/ drive.......i have morrowind and oblivion installed on the D:/ drive due to countless issues with them on vista..........but anyways, when i try to run the converter it is searching for the ESM files on the C:/ (vista) drive and therefore is not finding them, is there any way i can change the converter to search the D:/ drive for the files? thanks Rob:D
