Random Issues

Hello, ive found a couple issues while playing thru the morrowind main quest, and im wondering if anyone has come across these.

First, in Vivec's room, ive what looks like a partial chair under Vivec, and an emblem on his chest, and Second, ive found this a couple times, but most recent in memory is inside Kogoruhn, Temple of the Fey, if you walk right up to the shrine, and look at it, the FPS drops to frame by frame, real slow. Ive included pics. (noob at uploadin pics, will try again)

Vivec

There is a partial chair under Vivec so that he does not bob up and down when he talks to you. That was amazingly annoying. Who at Bethesda thought that was a good idea? Please don't upload pictures of slow FPS. That will not show anything. Saying that you have low FPS inside Kogoruhn Temple is plenty of description.
