Is this still on for sure?

does anyone know first hand if the creator is still working on this? and if so how one might get involved with helping? I've never made a mod before, but Im a fast learner and would jump at the opportunity to speed up the release of this mod.

if you wanna make a mod, i am not sure you should start on such a big mod,, oh, and the team is french, so good that you are a quick learner,, so french should be such a big problem.. anyway,, i would not count on this mod,, this is still not aproved by bethesda,, and it is buggy as hell ,, i have recently learned that morroblivion, removes some of the walls floors and ceiling, in the oblivion original fort-tile set,, if you wanna start modding, which kind of mod would you like to make,, ?

You can mod whatever you feel is needed, and (contrary to Simonp92) a mod for Morroblivion would be no harder than one for another project. That's not to say you wouldn't need some basic modding skills.
