This is an idea i created in my TES3 Refugees mod for Oblivion. The player will receive 5 npc followers from a pool of 40, that they will have random class and birthsign.

They receive the birthsign at the start of the game, and it will be done once. The birthsign will give the the proper abilities and bonuses. This adds more variety to the game by my opinion.
I was thinking why not doing this for the Morroblivion too. Imagine that every NPC will have its birthsign and the abilities it gives. This will make every NPC (even the clones (guards etc)) to be unique.
The code and the procedure are known to me, and I was thinking to create this. BUT... my knowledge on quest and dialog creation is poor so I dont know how to make it.
If anyone is interested on creating this, we can cooperate. I can give him the code and he will make the code apply on every NPC.
