Taverns

If everything installs correctly and it works, do you guys want a hand with making the taverns come to life? My idea is 1) Make the rooms rentable 2) Add in some flavor NPC's that don't do nothing except sit around and slug back them sujamma's. Maybe some minstrils, music and dancing npc's. Make the taverns more interesting to pop into and look around in.
