Im not a fast reader, any options for me if talking with npc?

Hi. Sometimes if Im reading a text of an npc (and he is talking very much...) the text isnt long enough there for me to read it. Is there no option to make it disappear slower? Or maybe a better idea: just move on if I want it, if I klick with the mouse?
