install order

Ok having some problems trying to reinstall morroblivion and am trying to figure out the install order

when you say unoffocial patches does that also include the  patches and then unofficial patches for shivering isles and the download contents like knights of the nine and  so forth and  tried to do this install several times with the same out come and would like a exact load order to which to install properly and which load screens do I use being there is several and that also is kind of confusing!
