Cannot Get Back to Cyrodiil?!

The Dark Elves on the ships whom would normally take the player back to Cyrodiil disappeared (in both Seyda Neen and Ebonheart)! Do they appear only in certain times of the game day or game week?? Please help!!

I remembered when I first come to Vvardenfell, there were these 2 Dark Elves with chain helmet, one on the ship in Seyda Neen, one in Ebonheart. There were only a few game days passed, then they disappeared. Last time, there was a RedGuard guard on the ship in Seyda Neen whom has the option to take you back to Anvil Dock. But now, they all disappeared!! What happened? Could they be summoned somehow??

Also, any "coc" codes to get back to Cyrodiil (Cannot do "coc testinghall", because I'd fall in to a bottomless pit)??

World Transport

I have no idea what mods you have installed, or have disabled. Redguards on the deck of the ship are from CNME. Dark Elves are from my World Transport Mod. I don't remember what Thermador used in his Chargen and Transport mod. Make sure my World Transport mod is active. I have notice the Guide in Ebonheart falling into the water. I believe I have fixed the issue by fiddling with the pathgrid, but look around in the water. Even while swimming in a full suit of armor he can still take you where you want to go. A fix for my World Transport Guides falling into the water would be to save, deactivate World Transport, start the game and save again, then reactivate World Transport. This will cause the Guides to reset.

Problem Solved!

Awesome!!! I tried your method exactly as described, and sure enough, the guide (in Seyda Neen) reappeared and I got back to Cyrodiil without trouble!!

Thank you very much for explaining the guides-in-water issue (yes, I saw the guide floating on water one day in Vvardenfell, and I did not know that it is the pathgrid difference between TES3 and TES4) and the RedGuard on ship matter as well! I would have no way of explaining why your guides vanished and this RedGuard character mysterious appeared! Thank you again for making our experiences in Vvardenfell an enjoyable one.
