Unofficial Oblivion DLC patches & CTD on exit.

I've spent the past several hours trying to nail down a CTD on exit of the game. Turns out it was being caused by the Thieves Den Unofficial Patch.

All the other Oblivion DLC Unofficial Patches seem to be fine.

Hope this saves others several hours of annoyances.
