Crap. Anyone know what I did to cause this?

Somehow while trying to improve framerates by tweaking the oblivion.ini file, I seem to have made comberry bushes partially transparent. Even after going back to stock oblivion.ini (deleting old one and letting game generate a new one) I get this:
