Used an Omod link version my friend sent me to try out Morroblivion, I have an error whilst trying to start a character, I have all required mods - Unoffical Patch, Vvardenfell, and the like, When I start a new character with the mod active, [And no others other than the travel one.] I end up just seeing my health, magicka, compass, and cursor, ontop of the main-title screen of Oblivion. Anyone have any ideas? [I do have Morrowind installed.]

Check your Loading Order.
Check your Loading Order. Morrowind_ob.esm should load after Oblivion.esm and also if you are on Windows 7 game should be installed outside Program Files.
