1st issue)  From the looks of it, you don't seem to have Admin Rights on your PC. Try again with an Admin account.

2nd issue) Improper Installation ?!!!

I am on and Admin Account though, is it my hard drive? is there anyway i can change load order without OBMM?

1: What is that profiles folder? Was is already there before you started putting stuff in there? If so install again, this time to new folder direcly on your harddrive (x:\Oblivion or whatever).

2:Sounds more and more like your harddrive is either not being able to access everything or just having problems, if the X drive by any chance tied to an old harddrive?

1st issue: As Wodan says, what is the X: drive? Is that actually the drive letter assigned to it or have you replaced the real drive letter in the error? If not, does X: represent an actual hard drive, a removable disk, or a network drive? More info required...

2nd issue: If OBMM is not yet working, presumably you haven't been able to set the load order yet... possibly a problem with that? Once OBMM is working, we probably need to see your load order. Do you see any other issues, missing or purple textures, yellow exclamation marks, etc.?

Probelm 1)@Wodan I added the profiles folder to my 2TB Seagate HardDrive because my sister uses it also

@HeWhoWatches My older brother changed the letter as it was originally R: and Yes it does stand for an actual Hard Drive.

Problem 2)@Wodan No it was not.

@HeWhoWatches No everything is fine except that one problem :\
