1. DESCRIPTION
===============

This is a simple mod for morroblivion (though would probably work just as well with vanilla morrowind).
All the mod does is allow the release of all slaves in morrowind (including the ones that normally would say "There's no escape..." and not let you free them.
It doesn't use any additional nifs, etc. either.

I placed a key in Suran's Earthly Delights that would be used to free any slaves in morrow. It's called a Twin Lamps key.
It's on the floor next to a table along with a pipe so it looks like it was dropped.
When the player has this key in their inventory and selects the "Go Free" dialog while talking to a slave, then the slave will say "You found the lost key..."
and allow you to free them.

Files:
The included files are:
"Morrowind_ob_TwinLampsKey_readme.txt"
"Morrowind_ob_TwinLampsKey.esp"

================
2. REQUIREMENTS
================

Morroblivion version 59 or 60.
Morrowind 1.6.0.1820 or higher.
Oblivion version 1.2.0416.

==============
3. INSTALLING
==============

Unzip and take the files out of folders.
Copy "Morrowind_ob_TwinLampsKey_readme.txt" and "Morrowind_ob_TwinLampsKey.esp" to your "<Oblivion installation folder>\DATA" folder.
( by default "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data" )

You have to create the necessary subfolders if they do not exist already.

================
4. UNINSTALLING
================

Remove the included files from "<Oblivion installation folder>\DATA" folder manually.

===============
5. BACKUP
===============

As a surviving gold rule, always backup all your save games before trying a new mod. Better safe than sorry. It applies to this mod as well.

Thanks. I'm sure this could be useful to the completionists though I like hunting the keys myself.

Thank you for sharing this!

I especially like the thought that went into: "It's on the floor next to a table along with a pipe so it looks like it was dropped."

That adds a nice realism touch that I always appreciate! :)

Best regards,

Jessica

As do I - I love finding all keys, but there are several slaves in the game that do not have keys made for them and won't open dialog to be released without this key.

Definitely worth trying.;)
