Ability to play through the whole game?

Submitted by sphanlon on

The faq says all of Morrowind works now. Bloodmoon and Tribunal, not so much, but that's fine. But when it says Morrowind, does that include all quests and factions or just the main questline? It seems that there are still a lot of bugs on quests ancillary to the main story. There are fixes, but do I have to run like a thousand esp files or whatever to experience the full game at this point? I understand the enormity of the undertaking. Not bit**ing about the project not being complete, just need to understand where we are. Should I wait for v57 at this point or what?

Also, for those bug fixing esps, do you need to use them before you experience the glitch or can it fix it if you have already?

Thanks

You can play through the whole game pretty well.  There may be some bugs, but nothing too bad.  See this post: http://morroblivion.com/forums/announcements/1945

Thanks. And it actually doesn't look too bad. There's maybe 4 problems that need to run esp fixes listed in the bugtracker. How far apart are releases for this mod? When is 57 due?

There is no estimated date, it will be released when there're enough fixes to call it a new version.

Anyway, there's no point in waiting, as you could always just upgrade and continue playing.
