Creation 2.0 is great. But not all of us can run something that requires 4 Gigs of VRAM on it's own. This is why I have spent the past year converting things from Fallout 4 to Fallout 3. After rebuilding the entrance of Vault 111, I looked around and did a side by side comparison of the two. This is what it looks like rendered in Fallout 3:
