I have knowledge and experience with lighting and shading using a broad range of software that are considered industry standard. I also have experience with environment design. My thesis focused on modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering and basic compositing. Aside from technical work, I've also been part of many group projects where we had tight deadlines and needed a viable product by the due date. One such project is known as the 100 Hour Project, because my group had only 4 ½ days to complete it. The greatest challenges with this were organizing ten people I just met, coming up with a plan to finish in under 5 days, keeping my peers motivated and on task and all the while finishing with a successful product.
With every iteration of group projects I worked in college I learned to think and act more efficiently and quickly. While leading these projects I've also learned a lot about how to coordinate better with people. A successful project is more than the sum of the individual work. I am confident that I can positively contribute to your work. Thank you for your time and I look forward to learning more about this position.

Hi teaganfal ! Thanks for applying !
FOR LANDSCAPING: Do you have any experience with the Skyrim Creation Kit ? If so, we kindly ask you to provide us with a plugin file ( or more ) with your work. If not, you can submit a new test cave using Skyrim's assets to show us that you properly understand the use of assets, have level design capabilities and can proficiently clutter a cave with rocks , plants , lighting ,FX , etc.
I do not have experience with the Skyrim creation kit, but I will work on a test cave for you right away!
Hello,
I forgot to ask if you want this in the Original Skyrim creation kit? From what I gathered about other forum posts, it seems like this project is using original Skyrim so I'll assume that's the case but I just wanted to check in about that. Thank you.
Yes, we use original Skyrim for Skywind at the moment, so that is preferable
Hey Teaganfal, it would appear to me that you might be better fit to be a part of the 3d team instead of landscaping, since you don't have much experience with the creation kit. Your work looks solid though. Do you have any experience with modular kits? This is currently our biggest need in the 3D department
Hello,
Yes I have worked on a modular kit before, if you looked at my demo reel the cave in there is made of modular pieces that I based on Skyrim ironically. That's why I applied to both departments, but that project was made in Unreal Engine 4. So if you need me to make modular pieces I can do that.
Would you like me to still work on a cave demo using the creation kit, or should I shift my focus to modular pieces? Thanks!
Yes, i also believe you'd be a better fit in the 3D department. 3D needs people more than Landscaping.
You don't wanna deal with those pesky landscapers anyway, joooooin uuuuus!
Alright then, where would you like me to start?
I'm not sure if the people in charge of recruiting have approved your work, but joining our Discord can't hurt. If you think you have the right stuff someone will be more than willing to talk with you in pm and set you up.
