Fixed Fighter's Guild Exterminator quest, The rat spawn count is now 3 as it originally was and the Storage Key is now removed upon completion. The fbmwFGHuntCaveRat is now Flagged as a Quest item with it's named changed to Starving Cave Rat as a reference to Oblivion's quests A Rat Problem.
Disabled mwFGExterminatorRatMSG and removed it from fbmwFGHuntCaveRat as it's no longer needed.
