Is it possible to convert morroblivion to skywind. It it be great if is possible. I am playing morroblivion, I hope I can play with skyrim graphic.

You're talking about two conversion/replacement mods, Morroblivion being Morrowind in Oblivion, and Skywind being Morrowind in Skyrim. Considering that I don't understand why you want to convert Morroblivion to Skywind? You probably want a Morrowind conversion like Morroblivion in the Skyrim engine, which Skywind is (and much more).
It does seem like a waste of work though, to not use the assets of Morroblivion in Skywind. Don't those teams co-operate, or consist of largely the same people? I can image Morroblivion becoming obsolete once Skywind is more or less finished.
Quality, simply said. I'm not even sure if Morroblivion didn't used Morrowinds assets (legally it would be a problem...). I'm not really informed about Morroblivion developement either and what work has gone into it, but if you look at the screens, they simply cannot be compared to Skyrim quality... So the decision has been made that Skywind should be a complete remake, in order to be on the level of Skyrim and above in terms of quality:)
