Travel between continents will more than likely not be officially supported and won't see itself in the final product. The reason being is that Morrowind is 200yrs before Skyrim. However there was a mod created that allowed travel from Skyrim and Skywind like Dragonborn's Soltsheim, it is under the mod releases section (works with the old Skywind 9.0.1) but it is unknown if it will work or be updated for the final product.
