Underwater combat mod

Nice. It could be necessary in location with so much water, much more than in Skyrim.

This has a lot of potential, I hope that it develops a bit more so that we can implement underwater combat, spears, and many other things that were lacking from Skyrim.

As it stands Alex managed to get basic functionality for under water combat, and Eham got alternate weapon animations working for spears in mind. Those are really the 2 main things out the player behavior overhaul that we would use. That said if it doesn't get released, for what ever reason, we'll still have those functions.
