I'm sure threads like this have been posted multiple times, but each seems to be pretty OP-specific so I hope writing this up isn't too cluttering/intrusive! I'd love to be able to help some, but my Creation Kit knowledge is minimal (I can make some background NPCs, and move clutter around, tbh nothing huge) but I've got a long history with Photoshop, and would be more than happy to work with texturing, or even artwork? Where would I go/whom would I ask about helping? Thanks!

Skyblivion is compatible with
Skyblivion is compatible with Oblivion texture wise (texture file names and paths are the same), so if you want to retexture something with higher quality, you can do so now and test in game with Oblivion, and then just copy newly made textures to Skyblivion folder when it'll be released.
