Hi, I'm wondering how entering Cyrodiil will be handheld. Will be a console command, spell, entering it by the south gates in Skyrim or it would require a new game? In this case it would be a shame, as I'm hoping to play Oblivion with my current character, followers and items.
Thanks!
If I had to hazard a guess at this time, it would be done the same as Skywind. New game required. Leave it up to modders to build alternate travel means.
With an elder scroll, of course.

Since this got double posted, I'll comment myself. You know we are going to see a ton of dumb ass comments about doing this. That fact that this mod is no where near ready for release is totally beside the point.
Fuck this elder scroll suggestion crap.. Everyone has suggested it and its lost its flair.
what we need is a secret facility in a mountain with UFO hangers and A Gate that can take agents forward and back through time and even to other dementions. The entire facility will be powered by a Glowing blue Cube hidden in its depths.

It was a joke, lol

So was mine.
I want to ask about the converse of the original question: what about playing Skyblivion with a savegame from Oblivion? (Not including separate Oblivion mods, as I heard they probably won't work.)
Since this is a mod for Skyrim, not Oblivion, how exactly do you think your Oblivion saved game is going to load in Skyrim?
So in other words, to play Skywind, Skyblivion or Morroblivion we need to start a new game? That's too bad. I was hoping to port my Oblivion character over into the new mechanics of Skyrim.
Remake the character in Skyrim. Use the console to give him all the items he has in oblivion. Use the console to complete every quest he has done in oblivion. Use the console to modify the stats as he has in oblivion (and the ones that were taken out just tamper with it to make it balanced or equivalent of what you had).
this isin't a hard concept people.
also what do you mean oblivion mods wont work? The converter is being made with that in mind.
-snip- (double post lag)

Too early to even discuss.
