I have a couple of questions about County Sutch.
First; will it be included? Bethesda cut it and You guys mentioned that your including cut content.
Second; If you are, how will it be implemented?
Thats all I can think of for now. Please answer when you have the time.
Ok. Although now I have a new question. Will there be a way to let the player help rebuild it and make it a fully working city? I ask because, it would be a great feature. The nice thing is that there's already some NPC's you can use as residence for Sutch after it's rebuilt. I'm referring to the NPC's Oblivion has that are either unused or were just for testing purposes. Most of them can be found in the test cells in the Testing Hall.
Here's a few of them (Note: I found a list of them on the UESP, It's been a while sense I've played Oblivion so I have no clue what race they are, also the list only includes the unused NPC's with plausible names):
Would love to but its simply not possible with our small team.

We will not be adding it as a fully working city, it will just be a large ruin.
