Hello it's about 3 or 4 years that i FULLY download skyblivion but in cyrodiil there is no meshes and textures the world is black and purple but when i open map it's cyrodiil's map and every time i wanted to create an tesrenewal account it fails but this time it success. please help me with skyblivion.

Skyblivion is no longer available for download. You'll have to wait until a new version is released. There is no time frame for a release atm.
I already have skyblivion i'm asking you guys to help me for fixing meshes and textures that are missing
1. We don't support installations of Skyblivion right now. Wait until it is available again.
2. If someone does want to help you, simply telling them that nothing is showing up is not enough info. My guess would be you having the texture files (if you have them) in the wrong directory. That sometimes explains purple textures. Black textures is often a sign of memory issues. That's all I can say as I don't work with skyblivion. GL
