Morroblivion

hello everyone i just wanted to ask how did you make morroblivion to let you chose if you want to play in cyrodill or vvardenfel in charecter creation i asked in public chat a few mounths ago but noone knew and said the best idea would be to make a topic about so here making now i hope someone will awnswer because im thinking of doing something where you chose ether cyrodiil or the mod place for a mod im makeing so if anyone knows I will be grateful
