The article says not to take the quote to heart but it does seem to nods in impressions in the game. And apparetly Draonborn was specifically made to reproduce other provences in skyrim and for modders to take advantage of were bears. Honestly Im excited for the elf war DLC might be able to get out of the province. As for the nord history I have my fingures crossed for high rock expansion as the forsworn are part of the nord problem.
