anybody know of.....

anybody know of any good mods to free up enchantment? Y'know so I can put any enchantment on any item? the only one I can find is on steam and for some reason won't let me view it. Would like one that does only that and doesn't add a bunch of extra crap.

Wold help if i got the answer tonight so i could grab it while i have some decent net at my friends house. thanks in advance.
