This may or may not be a stupid mistake, so sorry in advance if it is. But I just tried to install skywind on my computer and I'm pretty sure I followed all the instructions, but skywind's esm doesn't come up in my data files. I extracted in there like the instructions say. =/ is there suppose to be an exe file, because there isn't one for me?

No, it's just a .esm at the moment. You probably just extracted to the wrong directory. Make sure it ends up in Skyrim\Data
