Not sure if it's this mod that causes it or another (Though, it was fine beforehand, and even a little while using it...) But when I load into Morrowind, it runs fine. If I try to CoC whiterun or load a file saved therein, it just hangs on the loading screen.
Again, I'm not positive as to what the cause is, but maybe someone here will know better.
Always disable the Skywind plugin and then try it. If it still happens its not Skywind. Otherwise some sort of conflict is going on.
