hey guys i was wondering how do you get into Morrowind do you get an option after the chopping block sequence or during it or at the start i'm wondering because my Skyrim doesn't allow me to start new games so i need to find a work around any info would be greatly apreciated

I don't know, is it a type of borrowing, but for lending Morrowind games? Might be something on craigslist for that? I'd just get into something else personally, like gambling, or hang-gliding.
...otherwise...there are currently no in game features to move you into the world of Morrowind if you want to use your existing Skyrim character, you will need to use the command console to load up this world. This can be done by pressing the tilde key on your keyboard in game. This is the ~ key usually up on the top left of your keyboard. Then type in COW WRLDMORROWIND -4,-18 which will transport you to a town called Seyda Neen.
