Morroblivion

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm currently doing a playthrough of sorts (Considering it's in Alpha Stage it's just looking at what you guys are up too) on Youtube, and i encourage all who view the video to come to this site to see what you all have to offer and what they can do to help (Voice Acting etc).

Now unfortunetly for me i have run into a bug/issue with the main questline, and that is the quest to visit Vivec City and speak to the 3 informants. Now upon speaking to the 'Argonain' in the CornerClub Bar, i am instructed to escort him to a 'rare book' shop where we can discuss things further. Unfortunetly upon reaching the bookstore there is no dialogue available to speak to him. Now i understand that at present the main questline enables the player to become the Neververaine, so this part should be accessible, as i quote from one of the devs here;

starting now you enter less-tested quests ;) But as of v0.7 you can play the storyline until you become nerevarine of the tribes and hlaalu hortator (a couple of console hack might be useful at some points). PM me in the forum if you face issues

Now as you can see this comment was a while ago, and i have since had my computer rebooted to factory settings and restored as if it where brand spanking new. As a result i've done a clean install of Skyrim AND Skywind. THerefore this issue is not computer related in the slightest.

^ If you skip to 13:53 in this video, you will see there is no dialogue option available as i've explained. 

If a solution could be made for this problem i would most certainly appreciate it, and to boot it would allow me to continue my Playthrough, thus promoting the work you guys/gals are doing here.
