Weight Carry variations

I took a look at a mod on the Nexus and it got me thinking, different races should have different maximum carrying weights. Also I was thinking about another thing; I think that the more you carry, the more it will slow you down and then if you carry too much you won't be able to move all together, just like in real life. But this is just my opinion.

This is mod territory imo. That is where it should remain, to be used or not to be used by a player. Not a question that Skywind should rule on.

Alright I get it, I won't mention anymore mods anymore and I'll try to study the creation kit. But I want to mention one other thing, I mentioned a mod back in December that had to do with Breakable Weapons and Armor. A thing that was in the original morrowind. But in this mod, it not only had hammers, but whetstones and it affects how you attack affects the weapons.
