Skywind NPCs?

Hi all. Just regarding the NPCs, what's the deal with placing them? Are we going to manually place them in their respective world spaces (exterior/interior)? Or do we have a program in mind or in future to be used to place them? IF say we have to manually place them I could start on that.

I haven't to install Skywind

Well between of Skyrim and Morrowind to install Skywind I don't think if it is bug report problem? I am here to install Morroblivon it could be fun to play wihout bug please?

But in the trailers made so far I have seen no NPCs at all? In the worldspaces? I know that NPCs have been restored to an extent but are they actually IN their worldspace? As in when I install Skywind WILL there be NPCs? IF NOT then I can work on placing them. I'm confused though... If there is because I don't see any. I understand the trailers made are a few months old too...

Around 85% of NPCs are done.

Around 85% of NPCs are done. (every 100 % NPCs placed automatically). They are didn't merged into master file yet.
